As the founder and Chairman of National Recovery Associates, Inc., David is instrumental in shaping the company's direction and ensuring its continued success.

Jonathan Goldberg

President

Jonathan Goldberg has been involved in accounts receivable management and consumer financial services for over 15 years. His expertise in business and communications strategy, coupled with his hands-on experience in debt management, has been crucial in driving NRA's growth and expanding its service offerings.

Jeremy Hanauer

Vice President of Operations

Jeremy Hanauer has over 20 years of collections experience, a majority of which have been serving as a leader at NRA. Jeremy oversees general operations and is responsible for managing vendor and client relationships as well as call center operations. His operational prowess has fostered industry record breaking per-person revenue production through the implementation of advanced data analytics and technology enhancements. Jeremy lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife and three children. An avid sports fan, Jeremy has recently declared himself a sneaker aficionado.

Whitney Carpenter

Vice President of Legal Operations

Whitney Carpenter has more than 10 years experience in legal collections and

operations. Whitney's expertise covers litigation process, debt acquisitions,

compliance and legal servicer oversight. Whitney oversees NRA’s legal servicing

division including it’s national network of collection attorneys, where she has

masterfully implemented best practice work standards and advanced reporting

mechanisms to monitor and maximize portfolio litigation performance and recoveries.

Whitney lives in Northern Idaho with her husband and two hockey-obsessed

teenage sons. When not spending time at an ice rink, Whitney can be found

tending to her flock of chickens and the dogs who terrorize them.
